Every Flourish tier includes our complete platform: compliance automation, inventory management, cultivation tracking, manufacturing & packaging, point of sale, mobile app, and all integrations (QuickBooks, LeafLink, Apex Trading, and more). We don't gate features, we scale partnership.

We recommend tiers based on your annual revenue, which aligns with operational complexity and the level of support you'll need. Under $1M? Start with Essentials. Between $1M–$5M? Launch is your fit. $5M–$25M? Scale. Over $25M or complex multi-state operations? Enterprise.

We call it graduation, not upselling. When your revenue grows beyond your current tier, we'll work with you at renewal to move you to the tier that matches your new operational scale—with the increased support and partnership you'll need at that stage.

Yes. Professional services are available at any tier. If you're on Essentials but need hands-on implementation help, you can purchase a services package. The tier determines your ongoing partnership level; services are for specific projects.

Yes. Annual prepayment saves 15%. Multi-year commitments have additional incentives. Ask us about pricing for 2–3 year terms.

We ask for annual commitments but can offer a 90-day opt-out for Essentials. Launch and Scale are 12-month commitments with annual prepay discounts available. Enterprise contracts are typically 24–36 months with custom terms.

Yes. Point of sale is included in every tier. We use preferred payment processor partnerships. If you use a non-preferred processor, there's a 4% transaction fee. Most clients use our partners and pay no additional POS fees.

Each tier comes with a user seat allotment. We can add more users for $100 per month per user. If you have part-time users, retail-only users, sales reps, etc., we can discuss a discounted monthly rate that aligns with your needs.

Essentials is designed for single-state operations. Launch and Scale support multi-state. Enterprise is built for complex multi-state operators, franchise networks, and M&A integration needs.
